The immaculate, newly renovated ALEXAKIS boasts contemporary rooms, lovely terrace and broad view of Mt Iti. The delightful, friendly owners, Julia and Sofia, epitomise filoxenia (hospitality).

Φιλικο περιβαλλον,μαγικη θεα προς το βουνο οιτη,καθαριοτητα,εξαιρετικο πρωινο με τοπικα εδεσματα,χειροποιητεσς πιτες,φρεσκοστημενους χυμους.Κοντα στα λουτρα αλλα και στην αγορα του χωριου.Θα ξανα ερθουμε συντομα!

Σήμερα Τετάρτη στις 7μμ, επιστρέψαμε στο ΣΠΊΤΙ μας στην Καβάλα, μετά από τέσσερις διανυκτερεύσεις στο Alexaki hotel στα Λουτρά Υπάτης και νιώθουμε μια ανεξήγητη λύπη που δεν θα είμαστε πια κάτω από τη σκέψη και τη φροντίδα των ιδιοκτητριών του ξενοδοχείου. Οι Κυρίες Σοφία και Ιουλία, σε σέβονται apriori ως άνθρωπο και προσωπικότητα. Επ' ουδενί δεν αισθάνεσαι ως μηχανή "που θα αφήσει χρήμα στο μαγαζί". Ήμουν υπεύθυνος ομάδας 50 περίπου ατόμων όλες αυτές τις ημέρες και δεν μου μεταφέρθηκε το παραμικρό παράπονο. Αντιθέτως. Τα σχόλια ήταν θετικά για την εξυπηρέτηση, την ησυχία, την τιμή, την ευγενική συμπεριφορά κλπ αλλά κυρίως για την ΚΑΘΑΡΙΌΤΗΤΑ! Τέλος, αν θέλετε ένα περιβάλλον δήθεν και μουράτο, μην πάτε στο Αλεξάκης. Θα κουράσετε και θα κουραστείτε. ΜΕΤΆ ΛΌΓΟΥ ΓΝΩΣΕΩΣ:…

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε όμορφη τοποθεσία,πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια με ανακαινισμένα μπάνια,ωραία άνετα κρεβάτια με στρώματα και παπλώματα coco mat.και καταπληκτικό πρωινό. πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό και πάρα πολύ κοντά στο υδροθεραπευτήριο και στην φοβερή ταβέρνα μουριές.

Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο 28ης Οκτωβρίου, στο ξενοδοχείο Αλεξάκης, στα λουτρά της Υπάτης, περιοχή που μας κατέπληξε λόγω του φυσικού της κάλλους ,των εδεσμάτων της και φυσικά των ιαματικών λουτρών της!! Όπως αναφέρεται και στην ιστοσελίδα των λουτρών το υδροθεραπευτήριο της Υπάτης είναι από τα «τελειότερα και πλέον εκσυγχρονισμένα υδροθεραπευτήρια στη χώρας μας». Όμως κατά τη γνώμη μου θα πρεπε να μεριμνήσουν οι αρμόδιοι και για τις συνθήκες εισόδου και εξόδου, προς και από την εξωτερική πισινά (ξεπαγιάσαμε στο μπες-βγες, καθώς και στο ντους,..πριν και μετά..), λαμβάνοντας υπ’ όψιν ότι δεν είναι όλοι οι λουόμενοι "χειμερινοί κολυμβητές"....!!! Ευχαριστούμε όμως πολύ την Ιουλία και την Σοφία, ιδιοκτήτριες του ξενοδοχείου, "Αλεξάκης" που με τις άψογες υπηρεσίες τους, μας…

Αν και είχαμε κάτι μικροθεματακια στην αρχη ήταν πολυ ωραία. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρο και ευρύχωρο με υπέροχη θέα στο βουνό και το πρωινό επίσης πολυ πλούσιο. Η κ. Σόφια και η αδερφή της ήταν πολύ ευγενικες και φιλοξενες..το συστήνω!!!!!

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που επισκεπτόμαστε την Υπάτη στους πρόποδες της Οίτης και μένουμε στον Αλεξάκη. Εξαιρετική η διαμονή στο ξενοδοχείο, υπέρ το δέον φιλόξενες οι νεαρές ιδιοκτήτριες η Σοφία και η Ιουλία, με ιδιαιτέρως προσεγμένα την αισθητική των χώρων. Άριστο πρωϊνο, με ελληνικές, τοπικές (επιτέλους) σπεσιαλιτέ και κερασμένα τσίπουρα το βραδάκι. Η περιοχή είναι πανέμορφη και αφημένη στο παρελθόν, η δε Οίτη ένα ψηλό απότομο βουνό που αξίζει να περπατήσει κανείς. Τέλος, εκτός των αξιοθέατων της γύρω περιοχής αξίζει να επισκεφθεί κανείς τα θειούχα ιαματικά λουτρά που λειτούργησαν φέτος και το χειμώνα, για να κάνει όσο θα μένει στην Υπάτη καθημερινά τα αναζωογονητικά του μπάνια.

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο κοντά στα ιαματικά λουτρά της Υπάτης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό με θέα στο βουνό. Το κρεβάτι αναπαυτικό, τέλειο στρώμα και μαξιλάρια. Κοιμάσαι σαν μωράκι. Το μπάνιο επίσης καθαρό, άνετη ντουζιέρα με άφθονο ζεστό νερό. Το πρωϊνό την επόμενη ημέρα ήταν χορταστικό με σπιτικές μαρμελάδες και αυγά. Φρεσκοστυμμένη πορτοκαλάδα και ρόδι. Τυρί ,ζαμπόν ,φρέσκο ψωμάκι, φρυγανιές και βούτυρο. Ο διάκοσμος πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένος με λουλούδια, μεγάλη αυλή και άνετα καθίσματα. Φιλικότατη η ιδιοκτήτρια και η κόρη της. Πρόθυμες να εξυπηρετήσουν και να δώσουν πληροφορίες για τα μέρη που αξίζει να επισκεφτείς.. Πολύ θετικό ότι υπάρχει πρόβλεψη για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.. Πολύ δυνατό το σήμα wifi. Εύκολη στάθμευση για το αυτοκίνητο έξω από το ξενοδοχείο. Το μόνο αρνητικό…

Το συνιστουμε ανεπιφυλακτα για ξεκουραστη διαμονη σε ενα πολυ φιλικο περιβαλλον. Το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται διπλα απο τα λουτρα και απο το ομορφο παρκο των λουτρων. Πρωινη βολτα στο παρκο οπου υπαρχουν πολυ χαριτωμενα σκοιυρακια μας ανοιγε την ορεξη για το φανταστικο,σπιτικο πρωινο του ξενοδοχειου. Χαρουμενες και φιλικιες ιδιοκτητριες ( Ιουλια και Σοφια) ειναι παντα στη διαθεση του πελατη.

Παρα πολυ ανετη διαμονη σε συγχρονα μεγαλα και πεντακαθαρα δωματια με τις δυο υπεροχες οικοδεσποινες να προσφερουν αγαπη .Νοστιμοτατο και χορταστικοτατο πρωινο.Διπλα απο τα ιαματικα λουτρα σε ενα υπεροχο τοπιο με πολες επιλογες για επαφη με τη φυση.

A very comfortable and friendly place to stay. Comfortable quiet rooms. We used it as a base for a motorcycle trip in the region and it worked really well. The thermal baths and nearby monastery are worth a visit as well.

We spent one night in Loutra Ipatis, on our wat from Evia to Pelion Peninsula. Maria welcomed us nicely, and was very helpful. She had great recommendations for Pelion, and suggested we spent the next morning taking a short hike to a nearby waterfall. Both her recommendations proved helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

My visit to the small town of Loutra Ypatis, was organized for relaxation reasons. The baths did not disappoint me as the goal was achieved! Exercising every day in the baths, with only 4 euros per visit at the pool, rewarded me with good sleep, relaxation and a very welcoming quick tan! The Alexakis Hotel supported this procedure with home made varied breakfast, cleanliness, and excellent communication skills by the two polite sisters that run the place, and its very good price. All in all, I will have this hotel and town in mind when exhausted by the Athenian hustle and bustle! Extra treat, the cultural festival with something going on every other day, at two kilometers distance.

Super clean hotel and lovely people who helped us feel at home. We were biking and we had a very nice welcome with sweets and a nice talk :) In the summer it must be even more nice because it is located in a super beautifull place with lots of nature! Thanks again!!!

This hotel is located about 10/15 minutes drive from Lamia in Loutra Ipatis. We chose to stop here for the night on our road-trip from Delphi to Meteora. We were delighted with our decision - this hotel is great! It was low season so the town was quiet. The hotel is welcoming, clean, modern & comfortable. The lady who owns the hotel is one of the nicest people we ever met. She made us feel right at home immediately. We had a lovely warm room (it was January, so the weather was not warm). There was a crackling open fire in reception - I sat there reading with a nice cold beer in the evening- fantastic! She also arranged for us to have a beautiful meal at a local restaurant, which was delicious. All in all, our stay was wonderful made all the better by our hostess -Thank you!

Excellent staying!! Spend there 3 days with my friends. Both ladies were very very nice and kind. +super clean +walkable distance to restaurants and hot springs +close to Lamia city, Velouchi ski centre, Thermopylae hot springs and museum +great breakfast +very cozy reception room I would definitely recommend this place!! The only thing that I didn't really enjoy is the village. Apart from the hot springs there is nothing else interesting. However is very close to other points of interest.

We stayed only for 2 nights. When we arrived we saw a not so nice looking, quiet modern building, completel different to what we expected. But once inside there was a very nice lady welcoming us, giving us lot of information and help. During our stay we saw 2 ladies, both of them very enthousiastic and nice. Rooms are ok, breakfast also ok. For the price we paid we got more than we expected. Unfortunately we had not the opportunity to visit the National park , will be for next time. No restaurant at the hotel, Wifi is working well.

It was a noise. We take a room with mountain view and it's mean on street view as well. I believe the room wirh garden view is quiet.

Room was clean. Bads very comfortable. Good location. Stuff very polite. Good restoran nearby. I recomend it.

The hotel was very modern with comfortable beds and the owners were super friendly. We enjoyed that the hotel was located in a quiet village, but probably only very accessible if you have your own transport.

Excellent homemade breakfast with huge varieties to choose. Staffs are very friendly and show great hospitality. Quiet and comfortable place for a good night sleep.

Great renovated rooms, lovely hospitality

The hotel is really close to the hot springs of the place. The quality of the breakfast was really a highlight. Not such a big variety but everything there was very good. They had eggs in 3 different ways cooked and the people were all the time there taking care of everything. From our room we had a very beautiful view of the mountain (we got an upgrade). The room it is not very big and it is basic without something special but clean and with a big shower. The matresses were very good. We slept really well.

Comfortable hotel with mountain views and new spa facilities available for individual hire with mountain tea, robes and sleepers. We really enjoyed our short stay. Very tasty home-made cakes for breakfast. I should ask for a recepy!
